Mr. Audley Janice, 73 passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 28, 2021 in a Lake Charles Hospital.  Audley was a native of Pointe Blue, Louisiana and a resident of Fenton, Louisiana.  He was born on March 22, 1948 to the late August and Hester Janice.  Audley was employed by the Port of Lake Charles (BT1) for 33 years.  After retirement, Audley loved being at home enjoying his grandkids, taking his morning walks, watching the news, socializing with the men in the community, and visiting his favorite cousin, Zetta Alfred.

Audley leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Annie Lemelle Janice of Fenton, LA; two daughters, Annette Joe of Breaux Bridge, LA and Angie (Curtis) Deville of Fenton, LA; four sons, John (Liza) Jopes of Houston, TX., Madison (Cicely) Janice of Jasper, TX., Vernon (Quanita) Janice of Elton, LA, and Bertel (Lyznette) Janice of Jasper, TX; one brother, Wasta Johnese of North Hills, CA; twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one Godchild; four brother-in-laws, five sister-in-laws, a host of nieces and nephews.

Audley was preceded in death by his parents, August and Hester Janice; two brothers, Rogers Jeanise and Beverly Janice; two sisters, Mazie Durgan and Mildred Janice.
