Betty Jean Walker. 72, lived a full life as a devoted mother, a caring sister to her siblings, and loving aunt to her nieces and nephews. Betty passed away at home on January 24, 2021.

Betty was predeceased by her brother Walter, Jr. and both parents, Walter, Sr., and Geneva of New Orleans, LA.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Ms. Anitra Walker; her sisters Barbara, Ethel, Helen, Ruby, and Sylvia; and a host of nephews and nieces.

A one-hour viewing will take place at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2021, in Winnfield Funeral Home, 7221 Plank Road, Baton Rouge, LA.  Per the family's request, funeral services will be private for immediate family and friends only.
