?Mrs. Beulah Simon George, 95
passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Acadia General Hospital in Crowley, Louisiana. She was a native and life-long resident of Crowley, Louisiana. Beulah was born on April 18, 1921 to Lizzie Cormier-Simon and Maurice Simon.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Crowley with Pastor Father Godwin Imoru officiating. A Rosary will be held on Saturday at 9:00 am in the church. Visitation will be held 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Semien-Lewis Mortuary in Jennings, LA. and 8:00 am - 10:00 am on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Crowley, LA. Burial will be in the Crowley City Cemetery under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
Beulah is survived by her children, Clarence (Gwendolyn) George, Sr. of Crowley, LA., Michael (Patricia) George, Donald (Lorna) George all of Crowley, LA., Frederick (Jackie) George of Conyers, GA., Dianne (Roger) Johnson of Carencro, LA., Brenda Broussard of Crowley, LA; brother, Clifton (Audrey) Simon of Hurst, TX; 16-Grandchildren and 17-Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lizzie & Maurice Simon; relatives, Mary Clement, Enola Martin, Rosa Moe Bias, Wilfred Simon, Sr., Anthony George, and Michael George, Jr.
