Bridget Ann Actlis, 33, a resident of Kinder, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.   Bridget, affectionately known by many as "Booh" was born on June 16, 1990, in Mamou, LA. to the late Willie Actlis and Mary Ann Douglas Actlis.  Bridget was a member of Faith Deliverance Church in Elton, LA. pastored by Rev. Milton Clayton, Jr.  She was formerly employed by Wal Mart Corporation as a Stocker until she had to resign to care for her seriously ill son.  Bridget loved caring for her children and spending time with family and friends.  She was a devoted University of Alabama Football Fan.  She loved working in the family store, "Sweet Shop" and working booths as various markets.  She loved making her signature "Candied Grapes" and selling them at the market.

Bridget leaves behind to cherish her memories, her companion, Felix Nepveaux; two daughters, Jaylen Murry and Jh'Orden Actlis; one son, Javion J. Nepveux; her stepfather, Willie Lavan, Sr; her sisters, Melissa Actlis (Missy Marie), Rosanna Actlis, Roxana Actlis, and Latissa Fredericks; her brothers, Philip L. Actlis, Willie Lavan Jr., Joshua Lavan, and Jermain Lavan; her godchildren, Jimmie Botley Jr., Alai'Jah Bridgewater, Khingston Charles, and Jh'Neiya Martin; her nieces, Alana Actlis, Paige Actlis, Amber Actlis, Paisley Actlis and Shona Fredericks; her nephews, Danerian Actlis, Jamarquez Gross, Philip Actlis Jr., and Quentin Martin, Jr; her great niece, Leilani Actlis; her great nephew, Adonis Fredericks; a host of other relatives and friends.

Bridget was preceded in death by her parents, Reverend Willie Actlis & Mary Ann Douglas Actlis; her grandparents, Viola & Rodney Actlis, Joseph & Laura Bell Thierry, and Wilie Lee Douglas; her great-great grandparents, Rose & Earl Woods.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Faith Deliverance Temple Church in Elton, LA.  Celebration of Life Services will be in the church at 11:00 am. with Pastor Milton Clayton officiating.  Burial will be in the Eternal Rest Cemetery in Elton, LA under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
