Carissa Monae' Lewis, age 6-months, of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022.  Carissa was born on February 2, 2022 in Lake Charles, LA to Christopher Keontae' Mantrayl Lewis and Ivy Lynn Lee.

Celebration Services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, August 26, 2022 at Power Shift International Church, 2808 E. Broad Street, Lake Charles, LA with Pastor Justin Thomas officiating.  Burial will follow in Combre Memorial Park under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA
