Casey Charles Mitchell, 32, a native of Jennings, Louisiana and resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021, at his residence.  Casey was born on March 4, 1989 to the late Norwen Francis, Sr. and Bridgette Marie Mitchell.  Upon graduating High School, Casey worked as a Rigger in the Oil Field Industry.  He was married to Skylar Whitney Stevens.

Visiting will be in the Church Chapel at Semien-Lewis Mortuary, 819 N. State Street, Jennings, LA. from 11:00 a.m. until religious services at 1:00 p.m., conducted by Minister Kelly Stevens.

Casey is survived by his wife, Skylar W. Stevens; his children, A'Nya Guillory, Kamryn Guillory, Jazlynn Mitchell, Jalen Mitchell, Javen Mitchell, Kharmynn Dugas, Kinleigh Stevens, and Kaci Mitchell; his brothers, Kelly Michell, Ya'Darrell Charles, Cory Charles, Sr., Norwen Francis, Jr., and Diraux Francis; his sisters, Quanishia Mitchell, Crystal Hayes, and Zana Mitchell.

Casey was preceded in death by his parents, Norwen Francis, Sr. and Bridgette Marie Mitchell.
