Mr. Don Kirk Cahee , 62, entered into eternal rest at his residence on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Gray, Louisiana.  Mr. Cahee was a native of Welsh, Louisiana and was a retired Self-Employed Painter.  He was a former member of New Hope Baptist Church in Welsh, Louisiana.

Mr. Cahee leaves to cherish his memories, Children, Donnetta (Travis) Etienne, Towanna (Benny) Antoine, Darnisha Robinson, Roniel Antoine and Mekyillia (Kenneth) Dorsey; his brothers, Harold (Rena) Cahee of Lake Charles, LA., Kerry Cahee of Los Angeles, CA., and Dwight Cahee of Alexandria, LA; his sister, Dianne (John) Alexander of Lafayette, LA; his grandchildren, Shanea Lyons, Danielle Lyons, Travis Etienne, Jr., Trevor Etienne, Anthony Dorsey, Raigan Short, Robin Dorsey, Clanya Dorsey, Joshua Antoine, Qwante Holmes, Rontrell Holmes, Jashon Homes, Tiana Holmes; his great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Lyons, Brynlee Palfrey, Darius Bellow, Kollyns Pete and Adalynn Bellow; his Godchild, Lenell (Demetrius) Dupree; a special companion, Della Antoine.

Mr. Cahee was preceded in death by parents, Willie Mae & Harry Cahee; other relatives, Sundra Cahee, Faye Handy and Michael Cahee.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, February 23, 2019 in the David J. & Rosa W. Fondel Church Chapel in Semien-Lewis Mortuary, 819 N. State Street, Jennings, LA.  Reverend Dwayne Miller will officiate.  Visitation will be in the Chapel from 9:00 am until time of Celebration Services.  Burial will be in Eastridge Cemetery in Welsh Louisiana under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
