Donald Shafter Premo 63 Funeral services for Donald Shafter Premo, 63 will be at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, June 7, 2014 in State Room - A of Semien-Lewis Mortuary in Jennings. The Reverend Dr. Stacy S. Poullard, Chaplain of the Funeral home will officiate. Visitation will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the chapel until time of funeral services. Mr. Premo entered into eternal rest Wednesday, June 4. 2014 at Jennings American Legion Hospital. He was employed as a former Chemical Plant Operator. He served in the United States Army and Military Rites will be accorded by a squad from Fort Polk and Military Honors provided by the Patriot Guard Riders Motorcycle Group. He was a 1980 graduate of Northwestern state university. Survivors include 3-daughters, Crystal Premo of Mermentau, Kim Chambers of San Antonio, TX., and Sierra (James) Anthony, of Baytown, TX; 2-brothers, Harold Primeaux and Jackie Primeaux of Mermentau; 1-son, Clifton Premo of Phoenix, AZ; 2-sisters, Dona (Lester) Stenson of Elton; 6-Grandchildren and 2-Great grandchildren He was preceded in death by both parents, Shafter and Virgie Premo; son, Donald S. Premo Jr. "Ralph"; brothers, Billy Primeaux and Larry White; sister, Delores Lyons.
