Dorothy (Shinnette) Milligan, 82 Dorothy Milligan, a resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana died Friday, 20 July 2012 at Lake Charles Care Center. Dorothy was a member of Woodbury Congregational Church of Christ of Lake Charles, Louisiana, pastored by Reverend Morris C. Lewis. She was a former employee of Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. Survivors include three daughters - Charlene (Danny) Polk of Houston, TX, Katherine-Denise Guillory of El Paso, TX, and Lovette Robinson of Houston, TX, two sons - Clifford James (Jessica) Milligan of Madison, Alabama and Robert Floyd (Sandra) Milligan of Lake Charles, LA. She was preceded in death by her oldest son Kenny Milligan, Jr, two brothers Willie and Roland Shinnette and her parents Clifford and Lillie Shinnette. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, 28 July 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Woodbury Congregational Church of Christ with Reverend Morris C. Lewis officiating. Visitation will be in the Church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Combre Memorial Park under the direct of Semien-Lewis Mortuary.
