Duane Drake, 42, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans, LA.  Duane was born in Lake Charles, LA. on December 6, 1975 to Walter Drake and Lucrtia Ann Nixon.

Funeral services will he held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Semien-Lewis Mortuary in the David J. & Rosa W. Fondel Church Chapel, 819 N. State Street, Jennings, LA.  Visitation will be held in the Chapel from 11:00 am until time of religious services.  Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Jennings, LA.
