Earline Catherine "Cat" Anderson
was born on April 28, 1944 in Silverwood, LA. to the late Walford and Gloria Broussard. She departed this life on Thursday, March 16, 2017 in Lafayette, Louisiana. She is at peace with her Lord rejoicing at her new Heavenly Home.
Earline is survived by her daughter, Carla Billups of Jennings, LA; four brothers, Frank, Douglas, Leon, and Alan Broussard; five sisters, Esther Haley, Pamala Jones, Paulette LaFleur, Bunny Rice and Maureana Leftwich; and four grandchildren, Charles and Cameron Holmes, Connor James and Toney Dugas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Anderson; parents, Walford and Gloria Broussard; and one son, James L. Anderson.
A visitation will be held at 9:00 am on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at David J. and Rosa W. Fondel Church Chapel in Jennings, LA. Funeral services will be at 11:00 at Semien-Lewis Mortuary. The Rev. Craig Sams will officiate. Services will be under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
