Mr. Franklin Jeremiah Green 61 Jennings, LA - Franklin Jeremiah Green, age 61, entered into eternal rest at 4:50 A.M Thursday August 4, 2010 in Foley, Alabama at a local hospital. He was a native of Jamaica, West Indies and had lived in Montreal, Canada, Compton, CA., and Las Vegas, NV before moving to Jennings, LA. He was employed as a cook by Blue Marlin Services of Acadiana, LLC. in Foley, Alabama. He leaves to mourn his departure and to but cherish his memories, a loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Michelle Gordon Green of Jennings, two Sons, Franklin Green and Aaron Green, two daughters, Jacqueline and Natasha Green, all of Montreal, Canada, three sisters, Claudette Jones, Ismay Jones and Sylvia Jones all of Jamaica, W.I., four brothers, Raymond Cooper and David Jones of Jamaica, W.I., Benjo Jones, Compton, CA., and Christopher Jones of Las Vegas, NV, one stepson, Demetrius (Lakeisha) Wyatt, Compton, CA. He was preceeded in death by his parents, Elvin Green and Egland Cunningham, and Stepdaughter, Sparkle Wyatt. His funeral will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 14, 2010, in the Semien-Lewis Mortuary Church Chapel, 819 N. State Street, Jennings,LA. The Rev. Pernell Trent, Pastor of St. Paul Baptist Church of Jennings, LA will officiate. Burial will be in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church Cemetery, under direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA. Visitation will be in the Semien-Lewis Mortuary Church Chapel from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday, August 13,2010 and 9:00A.M Saturday until time of funeral service.
