Funeral service for Ms. Grace Daniel will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017 in Union Baptist Church, 1014 S Main St ., Jennings, LA., Reverend Gerald W. Perkins, Sr. will officiate.  Burial will be in Peterson Cemetery under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings.  Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. in the church until time of religious services.

Ms. Daniel entered into eternal rest, Saturday, November 18, in a local hospital.

Grace was born on November 13, 1933 in Roanoke, LA to Caffery Daniel and Ernestine West.  She later worked as a Housekeeper at Jeff Davis Living Center.  Grace was a faithful member Union Baptist Church in Jennings, LA., pastored by Reverend Gerald W. Perkins, Sr.  She served in the Mission and was an Usher.

She is survived by three daughters, Carolyn Cullors of Houston, TX., Diane Charles and Brenda (Lester) both of Jennings, LA;  one son, Minister Joseph James Daniel of Jennings, LA; four brothers, Oliver (Gloria) Daniel of Lake Charles, LA., Charles (Geraldine) Daniel of Jennings, LA., Jeff (Evelyn) Daniel and Floyd Daniel; five sisters, Louise Labine of Lake Charles, LA., Audrey (Joseph) Savoie of Jennings, LA., Dorothy Hamilton of Houston, TX., Clara (Bradford) Edwards and Mary Daniel of San Diego, CA; eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernestine West and Caffery Daniel, Sr.; brothers, Caffery Daniel Jr., Lionel Daniel, Norman Edward and Herbert Daniel.
