Harold "Lucky" Jones was born in Frankfurt, Germany on December 10, 1956, to Rita Mae Guillory Jones and the late Harold M. Jones, Sr.  Harold went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 29, 2022.

He was a resident of Galveston, TX for over 20 years. His early years were spent in Jennings, LA, Lake Charles, LA, and California. Harold was a local Mr. Fix It for his local Galveston Island community and he loved blessing others with his talents.  He loved working on computers and as a contractor. He could repair almost anything. He did minor remodeling projects on the island. If he didn't know how to do something he went straight to YouTube and amazingly figured it out. He was very proud of his sobriety and loved his Alcoholics Anonymous community.

Harold loved our Lord and Savior. He also loved telling others of the goodness of Jesus and fellowshipping with friends and family over great food.

He leaves to cherish his love and memories, his daughter Krystal (Frankie) Stinson of Maryland; his son Leonard Jones of Georgia; two granddaughters Jźada Jones and Shaddai Jones; his mother Rita Mae Guillory Jones of Jennings, LA; three sisters: Tonga (Joe Sr.) Cahee of Welsh, LA, Haroldnetta (Robert) Ceasar of China, TX and Mary Elizabeth Briscoe; four brothers: Flynnoid (Nancy) Jones and John F. Jones both of Lake Charles, LA, Brian (Terry) Ason of Mermentau, LA, and Jason (Shawn) Ason of Jennings, LA; one aunt: Doris Hall of Galveston, TX; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended loved ones Louise Briscoe, Lynn Donovan, and Jimm Donovan.

He was preceded in death by his father Harold M. Jones, Sr., a sister Lois A. Jones, two brothers Charles A. Jones, Wilton Ason, and Julius Briscoe.
