Ms. Helen Levy, 75, of Welsh, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at her residence.  Helen was born in Roanoke, Louisiana on August 4, 1949, to the late Annie Mae Levy and Lloyd Levy, Sr.  She received her education in the Jefferson Davis Parish School System and later worked as a Cook for St. John United Methodist Church for 12-years and later as a Manager with Sears Corporation for 18-years.  Helen retired after over 30-years of work experience.  Helen accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was baptized at St James Baptist Church in Roanoke, LA at an early age.

Helen leaves to cherish her loving memories, one daughter, Denitra Rochalle Levy-Constantine (Marcus) of Carencro, LA; one brother, Frank Levy (Janet) of Lake Charles, LA; three sisters, Sandra Hall (Don Arthur) of Lake Arthur, LA, Marie Rubin (Larry), and Brenda Levy; her grandchildren, Elasha Rochalle Williams and Braylon Constantine; her dear friends, Betty Davis, Tara Julien, Earline Ezeonwurie, Sarah Montgomery, Alice Guillory, Allen Lamb, Alana Lyons, Janice Gaul, Mr. Pernell and Kevin Butler.

Celebration of Life services for Helen will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 26, 2024, at St. James Baptist Church in Roanoke, LA with Reverend Carl White of Lake Charles, LA providing the Eulogy.  Visiting with family and friends will be held in the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of celebration services.  Burial will follow in the St. James Baptist Church Cemetery in Roanoke, LA under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
