Funeral services for Horace James LaFleur , 72, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2015, in David J. and Rosa W. Fondel Church Chapel at Semien-Lewis Mortuary. Rev.Carl Fontenot, chaplain, will officiate. Burial will be private.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel until time of service.

Mr. LaFleur entered into eternal rest Thursday, November 12, 2015, in a Lake Charles Hospice Center. He was a native of Welsh and retired from Zummons Meat Packing House.

Survivors include one son, Cedrick (Tammy) LaFleur of Cypress, Texas; Sheronda (Don) Caldwell of Lake Charles; one stepdaughter, Christalyn Lyon of Cypress, Texas; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Joseph LaFleur of Iowa, Houston (Alice) LaFleur of Houston,Texas, and Louis LaFleur of Ft. Worth, Texas.
