James Keith Carrier, 54, was a native and life long resident of Lake Charles, LA. James was born December 4, 1964 to Julia Ann Carrier August. He departed this life on Monday, June 10, 2019 in Lafayette, LA.

He accepted Christ at an early age, and later was baptized at New Sunlight Baptist Church by the late Rev. V. E. Washington.

He is survived by his loving mother, Julia Ann Carrier August of Lake Charles; two brothers, Jessie Carrier of Lake Charles, LA. and Clifton August of Hollywood, FL; three sisters, Jada Redmond, Janice Anderson, and Janine Chretien all of Lake Charles, LA; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was proceeded in death by his sister, Patricia Bell.

A memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019 at Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church at 1:00 P.M. Rev. Julius Woods will officiate.
