Mr. John Ralph Metzel, 51 John Ralph Metzel, 51 entered into eternal rest March 13, 2014, at Lafayette General Hospital. He was a native and life-long resident of New Iberia, LA. A private Memorial Service will be held under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA. He is survived by one daughter, Amanda Metzel of St. Martinville, LA; his mother, Mrs. Frankie Frances Metzel-Landry of New Iberia, LA; four sisters, Sandy Miller, Michelle McDonald, both of Baton Rouge, LA., Patty Goodwin and Judy Conard, both of York, PA; three brothers, Tony (Linda) Metzel, Michael Metzel, and Gregory (Diane) Metzel, all of New Iberia, LA.
