Mr. Jonathan Joseph Redeaux, 28, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Rapids Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana.  Jonathan was a born on April 24, 1986 in Jacksonville, North Carolina to his loving parents, Glenda Jones Redeaux and James Roy Redeaux, Sr.

Jonathan was a graduate of Jennings High School, entered college and joined the United States Marine Corps.  He was employed as a Carpenter and Electrician.

Cherishing Jonathan's memories are his parents, Glenda Jones and James Roy Redeaux, Sr; brothers, James Roy Redeaux, Jr., Nathaniel Justin Redeaux and Christopher Lee Redeaux of Jennings, LA.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Elizabeth and Wilton Jones, Sr; paternal grandparents, Elizabeth and Ralph Redeaux, Sr; aunts, Rebecca Redeaux and Regina Redeaux; uncles, Ralph Redeaux, Jr., Vinton Redeaux, Carl Roy Redeaux, Wilson Jones and Wilton Jones, Jr; great aunt, Lillian Celestine.

Funeral services will be at 2 pm on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Semien-Lewis Mortuary in the Rosa W. and David J. Fondel Sr. Church Chapel with Reverend Clinton Perry officiating.  Visitation will be from 12 noon until the time of the funeral.  Interment will follow in Peterson Cemetery under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
