Miss Keturah Alyiah Williams "Tweedy Bird", 24, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Friday, February 21, 2020.  Keturah was born on July 23, 1995 to Daniel Lee. Richard, Jr and Nicholl Williams.  Keturah was 2014 graduate of North Shore Senior High School in Houston, Texas.  She was later employed with McDonalds as a manager and loved her job.

Keturah was described as being "happy, loving, compassionate, and very ambitious.  She loved working, doing hair, and going to the movies.  Her favorite colors were yellow and purple.  She lived life to the fullest on earth and wanted to live on in heaven. One of Keturah most significant events was her engagement to Kevon.  Keturah would say to anyone reading her obituary, don't be sad for me, because I'm with my Heavenly Father, no more pain and suffering; live your life as if there's no tomorrow; I have went through a storm and a lot of pain on physical earth and it was well worth the living our Father has prepared in Heaven.

Keturah leaves to cherish her precious memories, her fiancé Kevon Alcendor; her mother, Nicholl Williams, father, Daniel Lee Richard, Jr; stepmother, Rita Richard; maternal grandmothers, Robbie Henry and Loubertha Rideaux; maternal grandfather, Randy R. Williams, Sr; maternal great-grandmother, Julia Coleman; three sister and three brothers; four nieces and two nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Daniel Richard, Sr. and Margaret Richard.

A Memorial Service for Keturah will be held at 5:00 pm on Saturday, February 28, 2020 at First New Life Baptist Church, 311 1 st Avenue, Lake Charles, LA.  Reverend Dwight Barker will officiate
