Manuel Provost, 28, of Jennings, LA, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022, in Jennings, LA. Manuel was born in Galveston, Texas on October 11, 1993, to Larry Joseph Provost, Jr. and Angela Lorene Wilson-Provost.  He was raised in Port Arthur, Texas, and later moved to Jennings, Louisiana where he met and married the love of his life, Charnella Jones.  Manuel was a dedicated employee with Port Aggregates of Jennings, Louisiana.  Manuel loved spending time with his wife, children, family, and friends.  He will be missed greatly by all who loved and knew him.

Manuel leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of five years, Charnella Jones-Provost of Jennings, LA; two daughters, Makayden Provost and Angella Provost; his twin brother, Emanuel Provost, and brothers Larry Provost and Jordan Provost; a bonus brother, Devonje Phillips; his sisters, Mandy Provost, Allicia Whitfield, Kayla Provost, and Aalyaih Provost; his father, Larry Provost, Jr; his stepmother, Laconia Provost; his godchild, Azurri Duhon; his godparent, Mike Navey.

Manuel was preceded in death by his mother, Angela Lorene Provost; his grandparents, Manueline Alice Breaux-Jimenez, Jenny Lou Walker, Manuel and Verlie Breaux; his aunt, Cindy Wilson; his uncle, Sean Wilson.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 am Saturday, July 9, 2022, in the Church Chapel at Semien-Lewis Mortuary, 819 N. State Street in Jennings, LA.  Visiting with family and friends will be in the Chapel from 8 am to 10 am.  Interment will be in Peterson Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
