Mary Reyna Thomas, 68, transitioned peacefully from earthly labor to her heavenly reward on Saturday, December 4 , 2021, at The Carpenter House in Lafayette, LA.  Mary was born in Ector County, Texas to the late Rosa Abaila and Jose Arturo Reyna.  She was a resident of Crowley, LA and a retired Cook.

Mary leaves to cherish her memories, her companion, Clifton Thomas, Sr; stepson, Clifton Thomas, Jr; stepdaughter, Renee Thomas; brother, Ernest (Pauline) Reyna; sisters, Annette Levario, Josephine A. Morris, and Bonnie Serial; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Rosa Reyna.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 11, 2021 in the Church Chapel at Semien-Lewis Mortuary, 819 N. State Street in Jennings, LA.  Visiting with family and friends will be in the chapel from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be in the South Crowley Cemetery in Crowley, LA under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
