Mitchell Paul Poullard, 33, passed away peacefully in Lafayette, LA. while surrounded by his loving family.  Mitchell was a resident of Elton, Louisiana.  He was born on November 20, 1985 in Kinder, LA. to Veronica James and Moses Paul Poullard.  Mitchell was formerly employed as a meter reader and also as a mechanic. He was a member of Christ Praise and Worship Center in Kinder, LA., pastored by Rudell & Darla Kirklin.

Mitchell leaves to cherish his fond memories, three children, Elijah Paul Poullard, D'Marian Paul Poullard, and Paizley Renee Neil; his parents, Veronica Hamilton and Moses Poullard; his brother, marcus Poullard; two sisters, Marquetta P. James and Anna Fuselier; his maternal grandmother, Phobe James; his paternal grandfather, Calvin Poullard.

Mitchell was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jasper James, Sr; and his paternal grandmother, Hazel Poullard.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019 in Christ Praise and Worship Center, 213 N. 8th Street, Kinder, LA.  Visiting will be in the church from 8:00 a.m. until the time of Celebration Services.  Cremation will follow under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
