Mrs. Mony Preap passed away peacefully at her residence with her loving family at her side.  Mrs. Preap was a native of Prey Veng , Cambodia .  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Her memories are cherished by her husband, Yoeun Chan of Jennings, LA; children, Chhayna Chan (Mao Sit), Chhaynan Chan "Ace Donuts" (P. S. Kin),  Kosal Chan (Sovannary Thien), Samnang Chan (Louise Loubatieres), Veasna Chan (Vas Uppalapati), and Romail Chan; sister, Mech Preap (Chhorn Tap); fourteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Song Preap and Prak Seng; one granddaughter

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am, Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at Semien-Lewis Mortuary, 819 N. State Street, Jennings, LA 70546 in the Church Chapel.  Cremation will follow at 3:00 pm at Lake Charles Crematory, Johnson Funeral Home, 4321 Lake Street, Lake Charles, LA 70605.
