P Sophy Kin, 47, passed away peacefully at his residence with his family at his side on Saturday, December 11, 2021.  P was born on June 5, 1974 in the Battambang Province of Cambodia to Phon Kin and Soeurn Nop. He moved to the United States at a young age received his formal education in the states.  After completing his formal education, P  later married the love of his life, Chhaynan Chan and later founded the famed "Ace Donuts" in Jennings, Louisiana.

P is survived by his loving wife, Chhaynan Chan; four daughters, Chanyka, Monyka, Saryka, and Sonyka; his mother, Soeurn Nop; four sisters, Sarin Kin (Phay), Saroeun Kin  (Ry), Sararn Kin (Rusty), and Sarith Kin (Shadi); five brothers, Chann Kin (Jennifer), Sophath Kin (Sivorn), Sophab Kin (Soyoeurn), Tith Kin (Vannyda), and Sophal Kin.

P was preceded death by his father, Phon Kin.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021, at PM in the church chapel at Semien-Lewis Mortuary, 819 N. Sate State. Visiting with family and friends will be held from 9 AM to 1 PM.  A Cremation Ceremony will be held at 3 PM Friday, December 17, 2021, at Johnson Funeral Home (Lake Charles, Crematory), 4321 Lake St., Lake Charles, LA., 70605.
