Pamela Elizabeth Cormier, age 57, was born in Liberty, Texas on May 31, 1958.  She departed this life on Saturday, December 27, 2015 at Lafayette General Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana.   She was a member of the Legion of Mary and the Saint Joseph Society.

She leaves to cherish her memory; her sisters, Mary Annette Landry & spouse James of Crowley, LA., Theresa Thibodeaux & spouse Lawrence of LaPorte, TX., Susan Swanagan of Baytown, TX., Brenda Bob & spouse Paul of LaPorte, TX., Shirley Cormier of Ames, TX., and Catherine Smith of Liberty, TX; her brothers, Felton Cormier Sr. & spouse Pearl of Ames, TX., Lester Cormier & spouse Odessa of Houston, TX., Kevin Cormier & spouse Paula of Dayton, TX., Blaine Cormier of Houston, TX; a host of nieces, nephews, great nephews, and great-great nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by both parents, Lucy & Lester Cormier Sr; two brothers, Shelton Hill and Derek Cormier; one brother-in-law, Chester Smith.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Crowley, LA. with Father Godwin Imoru, Pastor officiating.    Visitation will be in the church from 8:30 am until time of funeral.  A Rosary will be held at 9:00 am in the church.  Burial will be in South Crowley Cemetery Development under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
