Raymond Louis Segura, Jr.

Raymond Louis Segura, Jr., 61, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 23, 2026, in Lake Charles, LA. Raymond Jr. was born on January 19, 1965, in Natchez, Mississippi, to Mrs. Geraldine Johnson Segura and the late Raymond Louis Segura, Sr.  He was baptized at an early age and was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Jennings, LA, pastored by Father Reverend Jude Fernando, TOR.  

Raymond Jr. entered the United States Air Force in May of 1989 and received an honorable discharge in May of 1991. During his service in the United States Air Force, he served as a Still Photo Specialist and was awarded the Air Force Training Ribbon and the National Defense Service Medal.  During his service, he completed a 20-week course to become a Crypto Linguist Specialist and a 1-week course in Total Quality Management.   He also served on active duty in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm.  

As a civilian, Raymond Jr. was self-employed as a Producer in the film production and entertainment industry. He produced the television shows Crawfish Cowboy and Eight Seconds to Glory. Raymond Jr. developed his own clothing line, known as "Skinship."  Raymond Jr. was a loving father to his daughters Chloe, Zeelee, Simone, and his son, Kingston.

Raymond Jr. is survived by his children, Zeelee Segura of Los Angeles, CA, Simone Coffman of Waialua, HI, and Kingston Segura of Waialua, HI; his mother, Geraldine Johnson Segura of Jennings, LA; his sister, Dawn E. Segura of San Diego, CA; his aunts, Royce Segura Levy of Jennings, LA and Sandra Gaynell Segura Perry of Lake Charles, LA; his uncle, Wilbur Johnson, Sr. (Barbara) of Natchez, MS; a host of other relatives and friends.

Raymond Jr. was preceded in death by his daughter, Chloe Thibodeaux; his father, Raymond Louis Segura, Sr; and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
