Mrs. Rita Ann Boutte-Mouton, 68, entered into eternal rest on February 14, 2019 Panorama City, California.  She was born on February 28, 1950 in Lafayette, Louisiana to Mary Steward & Preston Boutte.  Mrs. Mouton was a native of Jennings, LA and resident of Newhall, California.  She was married to Mr. William Rayford Mouton, Sr.

Mrs. Mouton retired after 25 years of service and was a member of Victory In Christ Church in Los Angeles, CA., pastored by Bishop Steven Mitchell.

Mrs. Mouton leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, William Rayford Mouton, Sr of Newhall, CA; her daughter, Shannon K. Mouton of Van Nuys, CA; her son, William Rayford (Nancy) Mouton, Jr of Studio City, CA; her brother, Michael Boutte; her sister, Bertha Mae Perkins; her grandchildren, Sharnae Mouton, Sean Mouton Peevy, Imhotep Shabazz, Cameron Mouton, Orlando Mouton; her great-grandchildren, Sean Peevy and Kaaya Peevy.

Mrs. Mouton was preceded in death by her parents, Preston & Mary Boutte; her brothers, R. D. Boutte, Earl Boutte, Berchman Boutte, Joseph Boutte and Sylvia Boutte.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 23, 2019 in the Semien-Lewis Mortuary Church Chapel.  Minister Elaine Donaldson of Detroit, MI will officiate.  Visitation will be in the Chapel from 11:00 am until time of Funeral.  Burial will be in Benevolent Cemetery in Jennings under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary.
