Rogena Marie "Boe" Pete, 63 passed away Monday, October 7, 2013 at her home in Texas City, TX. Rogena was a native of Jennings, LA and a resident of Texas City, TX. She was born on November, 26, 1949 to her loving parents Rogers and Celestine Charles. She is survived by her daughter, Linzette (Clarence) Red; one son, Roderick/Shanice (Jay) Mouton; two grandchildren, Summer and Morgan Red; three sisters, Constance (James) Savoie, VeEtta (Joseph) Cornelious, and Rosa (Warren) Kelly; one Godson, Shernon Coleman; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Rogena was preceded in death by her infant son, Linton Mouton, Jr.; both parents, Rogers and Celestine Charles; one sister, Ruthie Mae Perkins; and one brother, Reverend Rogers Charles, Jr. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, located at 1502 S.
