Shaneka Ann Williams, 43, passed away after a brief illness on Friday, February 12, 2021, in Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, LA.  Shaneka was a native and resident of Jennings, LA.  She was born on January 26, 1978, in Jennings, LA. to Morgan Williams Sr. and Jeanette Pattum Williams.  Shaneka was educated in the Jefferson Parish School System and later became a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Shaneka is survived by her daughter, Javokia Williams of Jennings, LA; two sons, Brandon Willams of Lake Charles, LA and Maximus Williams of Jennings, LA; two grandchildren, Brysyn Williams and Braydyn Dartez; eleven brothers, Morgan Wiliams, Jr. (Paula) of Welsh, LA., Kenneth Williams (Lena), Jimmy Williams (Marci), Clarence Williams, Sr., Charles Williams, Sr. (Dianna), Kelvin Williams, Sr. (Latricia), Marvin Williams, Sr. (Teshia), Ivory Williams, Sr. (Chaka), Tarvis Williams, Sr., (Liz) all of Jennings, LA., Tyrone Williams (Sylvia) of Gueydan, LA., Recka Williams, Sr. (Keisha) of Elton, LA; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
