Trey J'Won Gant age 19 passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Jennings American Legion Hospital.  He was a resident of Jennings, LA and a student at Jennings High School.  Trey was a member of Love of Christ Ministries pastored by Reverend Roy Harmon.

Trey is survived by his Father, Melvin Boxie of Jennings, LA; brothers, Melvin Gant and Dedrick Gant; Aunts, Ruby Gant (reared Trey after his mother's death), Latrisha Gant, Yolanda Gant, Annette Gant Hawkins, Audrey (Alonzo) Gant, Cindy (Glenn) Achane, Cynthia Boxie, Earlie (Avery) Capdeville, Angelia (Kenny) Williams, Joliet Pearl (Billy) Pitre, all of Jennings, LA; Uncles, Joe (Linda) Hall, Don (Sandra) Hall, Kenneth Hall, all of Jennings.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carla Drew Gant.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 am Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Love of Christ Ministries in Jennings, LA with Reverend Roy Harmon, Pastor officiating.  Visitation will be from 9:00 am until time of funeral.  Burial will be in the Benevolent Cemetery in Jennings, LA under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary.
