Troy Douglas Clark was the baby boy to the union of Cynthia Marks and the late Joseph Clark, Jr., born October 26, 1994 in Jennings, Louisiana.  Troy lived most of his life in Jennings, LA., until recently moving to Monroe, LA., to better himself.  He was happy and proud of his transition as he'd seen the changes in his life.  Troy graduated from Parkview High School and went on to pursue an Electrical Tech Degree at Sowela in Jennings, LA.

Troy loved people!  If he couldn't help you, he certainly wouldn't hurt you.  Everybody was "his brother" as he would say, no matter the race.  We all could admit he was a spoiled little guy.  Troy accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior years ago.  He was currently fellowshipping at Impact Church in Monroe, LA.

Troy leaves to cherish precious memories, his only child, Damarion Sonnier; his mother, Cynthia Marks Firmin of Lake Charles, LA; one brother, Joseph "Bubba" Clark III (Ametria) of Gueydan, LA; four sisters, Kayla Clark (Indorna) of Beaumont, TX., Shayla Clark Riggs (Daylen); Raquel Davis of Atlanta, GA., and Kimberly Dunn of Lafayette, LA; his step-mother, Stacey Bernard of Abbeville, LA; his uncles, Willie Clark (Melinda) of Jennings, LA., and Allen TC Blount of Monroe, LA., and Reverend Gerald Perkins of Jennings, LA; his aunts, Shirley Marks of Monroe, LA., LaShon Marks-Guidry (Rickey) of Lake Charles, LA, Jolene Perkins of Jennings, LA., Marietta Clark, Irish Washington of Lake Charles, LA., and Carolyn Davis (Emory) of Houston, TX; sixteen nieces and nephews, he called Jaruan, I'zaenian, and Zerrian his 3 in 1's meaning he was their daddy, brother, and uncle; very special friends from childhood to adulthood, P. J. Barker, Atlas Batiste, Donovan Wethers, Jr., Christopher Kately, Sr., and Brallon Williams; two God brothers, George Pattum, Jr., and Thymron of Jennings, LA; two Godchildren, Alymayal Blount of Baton Rouge, LA., and Brilliant Williams of Lake Charles, LA.  Troy has a host, rather a multitude of friends of every race.

Troy was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Clark, Jr; his maternal and paternal grandparents.
