Warren Michael Washington Sr., 63 Warren M. Washington Sr., was a native and resident of Lake Charles, LA. He was born on July 25, 1950 to Wilson and Margaret (Sonnier) Washington. Warren entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 in a local hospital. Warren served in the United States Army as a Military Policeman and received an honorable discharge. He was a member of St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Lake Charles. Warren retired after 40-years of service with Citgo Refinery. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, 1104 Jackson St., Lake Charles LA., with Reverend Kecia Lewis officiating. Military Rites will be accorded. Cherishing his memories are his wife, Debra Jackson-Washington of Lake Charles; his son, Warren Michael Washington II and daughter Shimeka Washington, both of Lake Charles; two brothers, Samuel Washington of Houston, TX., and Francis Washington of Lake Charles; a sister, Beverly Weston of Lake Charles; 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by both parents, Wilson and Margaret (Sonnier) Washington. Final arrangements intrusted to Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, LA.
