Mrs. Willie Mae Berry, 86 entered into eternal rest on February 12, 2014 at her residence. She was a native and life-long resident of Jennings, Louisiana. She was born on June 13, 1927 to the late Viller Parker and Alexander John-Parker. Mrs. Berry was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Jennings, LA., pastored by Reverend Celsius Offor. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Services at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Celsius Offor officiating. Burial will be in the Benevolent Cemetery under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary. Survivors include 2 sons, Horace Berry Sr. and Felton Berry Sr. both of Jennings, LA; 3 daughters, Jovetta Marie Parker and Chrissy Cormier both of Jennings, LA; and Dorothy Ann Alexander of Port Royal, South Carolina; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hayward Berry Sr; 1 daughter, Doris Marie Berry; two sons, Hayward Berry Jr., and Michael W. Berry Sr; both parents, Viller and Alexander Parker.
